Truckload Brokerage is the oldest of the available Tyme-It
services. Since 1985 we have been coordinating freight for our customers
through our database of over the road and intermodal carriers throughout the
United States, Canada, and Mexico. For thirteen years, we have been
forging relationships with our carriers to offer our customers first rate
service with competitive pricing.

A call to Tyme-It provides access to hundreds of carriers throughout North
America. Through our database of core carriers and transportation
software, we have pertinent equipment data at our fingertips continuously.
Because of our extensive knowledge of carrier lanes and availability, and
our satellite search capabilities, we can find the right carrier to handle your
freight at competitive rates, whether you ship one truckload a month or ten per
day.

Carrier Management
|
|
|
For your protection, we maintain up-to-date carrier files in our office with
current insurance certificates and authority. We work primarily with
contract carriers, and require a signed rate confirmation agreement for every
shipment. This helps to ensure that no additional charges will be assessed
without our knowledge. Upon request, we can fax you a customer rate
confirmation as well. We also handle the freight payment to our carriers
to simplify your billing process. Instead of being billed by ten different
carriers for ten different shipments, you are invoiced by only one
company--Tyme-It. Because of our dedication to customer service, we go the
extra mile to tailor the invoicing to suit your individual specifications.
In addition, we also have EDI capabilities.

Flexibility

When necessary, we can coordinate your truckload shipments with any other
division of Tyme-It Transportation. For particularly time-sensitive
freight, we can work in conjunction with our Expedite and Air Service
divisions. For delayed deliveries of storage in the Louisville area, we
offer Local Warehousing & Cartage. For origins and/or
destinations outside the continental U.S., International Services are
available. Just call us with the particulars of your shipment, and we can
help decide which service or services would provide the best combination of
time-sensitivity and price for you.
